NOTICE IS HEREBY given that on the 14th day of May, 2024, the Planning Board of the Village of Montebello will hold a Public Hearing at the Dr. Jeffrey Oppenheim Community Center, 350 Haverstraw Road, Montebello, New York at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of conducting a hearing for the following matter:
Application of Yosef Emuna, 129 Grandview Avenue, Monsey, NY 10952 for a two-lot subdivision on 2.22 acres at 96 Viola Road in the Village of Montebello. The Parcel is located on the north side of Viola Road at the intersection of Spook Rock Road, which is designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 49.05 Block 1 Lot 15 in the RR-50 Zone.
All members of the public and all interested parties are invited to attend and participate. The application will be available for inspection and review at the Village Office during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or by email upon request.
